SweepJobs. Last updated 22 September 2026.
These terms apply to the SweepJobs browser extension, web console and API. By creating an account you agree to them.
SweepJobs searches an index of public listings from supported company job boards, helps prepare a profile and tailored resume, and uses a browser extension to fill supported application forms. Search results depend on which public boards have been added and refreshed. The extension's optional unattended submission setting is local to the user's browser and off by default; otherwise the user reviews and submits.
Applications submitted through SweepJobs are your applications. You are responsible for their accuracy, including anything drafted with the assistance of the software. We strongly recommend reviewing every application before submitting it.
The service deliberately refuses to guess legal certifications, consent checkboxes, e-signatures, citizenship, criminal history, salary expectations, government identifiers, and references' contact details. You may provide work-authorisation, sponsorship, and optional demographic facts yourself and enable sensitive autofill. This is a safeguard, not a guarantee, and it does not transfer responsibility for the contents of your application away from you.
Job boards and applicant tracking systems have their own terms. Your use of them through this service remains subject to those terms, and it is your responsibility to comply with them.
You need a working email address. You are responsible for keeping access to it, and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
The current beta includes up to 20 successful submitted applications per account, subject to the limits shown in the product. No payment is currently collected and paid subscriptions are not available. Prices shown on the site are planned prices only, not an active checkout offer. If paid plans are introduced, the purchase flow will show the price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms before confirmation.
What is collected, why, and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Notice. You can export your account data as JSON, download your uploaded resume separately, or delete your active account data from account settings.
The service is provided as-is. It depends on third parties — public job-board APIs, applicant tracking systems, Cloudflare, and optional GitHub public-repository lookup — and on the structure of pages we do not control. Job boards change their forms without notice, and when they do, autofill may miss fields or stop working on that board until it is updated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, SweepJobs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost employment opportunities, lost earnings, or the consequences of an application containing an error. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the service in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law; where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and refund any unused paid period.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
